金顺姬（Soonhee kim）博士，韩国开发研究院(KDI)公共政策与管理学院的公共行政学教授，也是雪城大学麦克斯韦公民与公共事务学院技术与信息政策中心的高级研究员。金教授的专业领域包括公共管理、人力资源管理、电子政务、领导力培养等。金教授担任《公共行政评论》国际特稿编辑，并担任《斯普林格亚洲治理与公民丛书》、《公共人事行政评论》、《国际公共行政评论》、《公共廉正》等编委。她还担任国际信息体系信任和公众态度研究小组的联合主席。她是2010年由美国公共行政学会(ASPA)公共行政妇女部门颁发的朱莉娅·亨德森奖(Julia B. Henderson Award)的获得者，以表彰她对国际公共行政的贡献。她亦于2005年获杰出教学及研究青年校友奖。主要作品如下：
